We collaborate as a team and celebrate each other’s successes.Crafted Highlights:In the role of Finance Manager, in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Brewery Finance team and be responsible for the monthly reporting and consolidation of financial results and forecasts for the Brewery. This position works on-site at the Brewery reporting to the Brewery Controller and manages the Financial Analysts and Accounting Coordinator activities. Focus areas include developing finance analyst team skills, oversight of reporting and commentary for monthly and quarterly variances, quarterly physical inventories, annual standard costing, timely and accurate payroll processing, and cost savings initiatives.What You’ll Be Brewing:Directs and manages the monthly financial reporting and forecasting processes for the Brewery, ensuring that reporting is accurate and actionableProvide broad support spanning brewery and corporate stakeholders to include budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analyticsReviews the finance activities performed by off-site shared service resourcesManages and directs the functions of the brewery finance area in accordance with company and brewery policies and proceduresPartners with business owners to understand underlying business processes to reduce waste and improve efficiencies in the breweryPrepare business cases and ROI proposals for capital projectsLeads the annual financial budgeting processDevelops and grows direct reports by providing talent management leadership and strong capability developmentDrives improvements in brewery financial reporting that delivers cost savingsExcise Tax filing for the brewerySupports audit and SOX activitiesKey Ingredients:You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent relevant work experienceYou have at least 4 years of progressive Finance leadershipYou preferrable have manufacturing experience with supervision of employeesYou have a strong Accounting understanding, preferably holding a CPAYou are strong in Excel or spreadsheet execution; proficient with Microsoft products; experience in SAP preferredYou demonstrate effective influence & collaboration without formal authorityYou are detail oriented with critical focus on producing quality results and can translate financial principles into simple processes and business solutionsYou are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and developmentBeverage Bonuses: We care about our People and Planet and have challenged ourselves with stretch goals around our key priorities We care about our communities, and play our part to make a difference – from charitable donations to hitting the streets together to build parks, giving back to the community is part of our culture and who we are Engagement with a variety of Employee Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization Ability to grow and develop your career centered around our First Choice Learning opportunitiesParticipation in our Total Rewards program with a competitive base salary, incentive plans, parental leave, health, dental, vision, 401k option with incredible employer match, generous paid time off plans, an engaging Wellness Program, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with amazing resourcesOn site Pub, access to cool brand clothing and swag, top events and, of course... free beer and beverages! Pay and Benefits: At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $111,900.00 -$146,900.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days). The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
