Staffing Boutique is recruiting a Middle School ELA Teacher for a charter school in Manhattan. This is a full‑time, on‑site role for the upcoming school year. Certification is preferred, and strong ELA content knowledge is essential. An $8,000 sign‑on bonus is available for the selected candidate.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM–4:00 PM
Salary: $70,000–$95,000 (commensurate with experience)
Sign‑On Bonus: $8,000
Requirements
• NYS teaching certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience preferred
• Strong content knowledge in ELA
• Ability to deliver engaging, standards‑aligned instruction
• Must clear all required background checks
Responsibilities

• Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment
