Overview Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Rough Carpenter on behalf of a local restoration, remodel, and repair company. This is a great opportunity for an experienced carpenter looking to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with residential and commercial construction projects and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Perform rough carpentry work for restoration, remodeling, and repair projects Frame walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural components Install blocking, sheathing, subfloors, and structural supports Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Measure, cut, and assemble building materials accurately Assist with demolition and reconstruction efforts as needed Maintain a safe and organized job site Collaborate with project managers and crew members to meet project deadlines Qualifications Previous rough carpentry experience required Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools Ability to read tape measures and perform basic construction math Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Requirements Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation to travel between job sites Must provide your own tool belt and basic carpentry tools Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements Benefits Available to Eligible Express Associates: Medical Plan Dental Plan Holiday Pay (6 Days Observed) 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Vision/Eyewear Plan Life Insurance Prescription Drug Reimbursement Short-Term Disability Express is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
