Responsibilities Build and repair decks and structural framing Install asphalt shingle roofs, siding, windows, and doors Measure, cut, and assemble building materials accurately Load and unload materials and maintain an organized job site Work safely at heights, on ladders, and in all weather conditions Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required) Practical experience in rough carpentry, framing, or exterior renovations Must be reliable, self-motivated, and show up on time every day Ability to lift 75 pounds and operate power tools safely Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
